Established in 1979 Hunters Glen III is a vibrant, well maintained, and deed-restricted community located in Missouri City, Texas (Street Location) The  community consisting of 559 homes. 

The first home was built in 1979 and building continued for about three (3) years, thereafter.The sub-division, over the years, has experienced several transitions, but has managed to maintain a significant number of original homeowners, which contribute to the longevity of the neighborhoods culture.

On a day-to-day basis, HG-III is managed by the Marshall Management Group, Inc (MMGI) at the direction of the homeowner’s association Executive Board of Directors.
